
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. grass-fed hamburger
1/2 cup almond flour
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon sugar-free Italian seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Kerrygold butter (for added flavor)
RECIPE
In a large mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients, mixing well with your hands. Add salt and pepper as desired. Roll meat into meatballs (size should be about 1 1/2”). Heat a few swirls of olive oil and butter in a pan, making sure the pan is coated. Add meatballs and cook on medium to medium-low, turning until brown on all sides. Serve with your favorite sauce or in a salad.
