These easy granola cups make a great on-the-go breakfast!
Prep: 10 minutes
Chill: 60 minutes
Total: 70 minutes
- 1 cup coconut butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup Grumble Grumble granola
- ½ cup almond butter
- Mix the coconut butter and maple syrup together. Divide between 8 muffin tins lined with silicone molds. Swirl in the almond butter, then top with granola, pressing the granola down into the coconut butter.
- Freeze until set, about 1 hour.
NOTES: Store refrigerated for up to one week or in the freezer in a freezer-safe container.
