These Prosciutto Wrapped Brussels Sprouts are a great paleo friendly side dish, appetizer, or snack! The maple mustard glaze creates a sticky smoky glaze that can’t be beat.
Prosciutto Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

- 10 thin slices prosciutto, cut in half
- 20 Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Wrap each sprout with a slice of prosciutto securing with a toothpick. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl whisk together the oil, maple syrup, Dijon, and paprika with a pinch of salt. Brush the sauce over the sprouts and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the prosciutto is crispy and the brussels sprouts are tender.
