Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds ground meat of choice
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 1/2 cups onion, diced
- 1 large sweet potato, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups carrots
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup Steve’s Wing Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 15-ounce can tomato puree or tomato sauce
- 1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes
Recipe:
- In your seasoned skillet or large pot, add oil, garlic and meat, cook until brown.
- Add onion, sweet potato, carrots and seasonings to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Add tomato puree, wing sauce and tomatoes into the pot and stir well.
- Bring everything to a boil, stirring frequently, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve while warm!
