Maple Mustard Grilled Chicken Kebabs
Maple Mustard Grilled Chicken Kebabs

It may be November, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still fire up the grill and cook up some delicious chicken kebabs! Marinated in our lightly sweetened maple mustard PaleoChef, these maple mustard chicken kebabs from Fitchen (Fit Kitchen) are a family friendly delight.

As promised in the title, she is doing a giveaway with us and giving away the same awesome paleo sampler that we sent her.  The winner will be chosen at random. All you have to do is subscribe to herblog and leave a comment about your favorite Thanksgiving dish. If you’re already subscribed, you can still enter by leaving a comment!

  • 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
  • ½ cup maple mustard dressing
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  1. Heat grill on high.
  2. Chop chicken breasts into 1-inch chunks and add to a medium sized bowl. Chop red onion into 1-inch pieces and add to the chicken. Pour in dressing and toss to coat.
  3. Skewer chicken chunks and red onion, alternating back and forth until you run out of both.
  4. Arrange on the grill and cook for 9 to 12 minutes, rotating halfway through the cooking time.
  5. Remove from grill and allow to cool.
If you can’t grill your chicken, follow the instructions below:
Preheat the oven to 375º.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with olive oil spray.
Arrange kebabs on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
