To meet the MEAT demand for our artisanal jerky, we have purchased additional equipment for our Smokehouse! We hand batch our jerky 25-50 pounds at a time, without vacuum tumblers or automatic slicers.
True lovers of artisanal jerky, we know that imperfection is perfection when it comes to jerky. The different cuts of jerky and our small batches allow the meat to better absorb the spices and marinade Our team is proud to do all of our trimming, cutting and marinating by hand! After that we cure and cook the jerky before we vacuum pack it for freshness.
