At SPG HQ, we often compare weekend notes from our ice cream excursions. When we go outside of our normal eating patterns, we strive to go as special and as clean as possible, opting for homemade goodness and a special experience.
Our new inspiration-slash-obsession is Little Baby’s in Philadelphia, an ice cream parlor committed to “creating singular frozen desserts with imagination and care.”
With flavors like Bourbon Bourbon Vanilla, Earl Grey Siracha, Everything Bagel, Peanut Butter Maple Tarragon, Pizza and Sweet Potato Roasted Marshmallow, Little Babies certainly has the imagination piece on lock. After tasting their imagination, it’s also clear how much they care.
Imagination and care. As a food company, we are borderline obsessed with that concept, and it’s how we strive to make our PaleoGoods. As many of our counterparts go large scale, we are committed to staying small. We will not compromise on ingredient quality or taste, two things that often suffer when mass production takes over. We are committed to hand-batching our products in small batches, using the ingredients of the best quality as close to their natural state as possible.
And much like our friends at Little Baby‘s, we are committed to using imagination and care. If you have a great imagination and there’s something you like to see us produce, let me know at [email protected]. The only thing I like more than imagining new PaleoGoods is collaborating with my customers.
