Roasted Plums

INGREDIENTS:

3 – 4 plums (cut in half and seeded)

Honey or maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla

Olive oil

RECIPE:

Add a few drops of olive oil to baking pan and spread evenly on bottom. Add plums, drizzle with honey or maple syrup and add vanilla.  Toss to mix. Cook on 350 until bubbling – approximately 20-25 minutes. Serve with coconut cream (optional).
