These Reuben Collard Wraps are a great quick and easy meal! We love our PaleoGarden Kraut in these wraps – it adds the perfect crunch and tons of probiotics.
Reuben Collard Wraps

- 2 large collard leaves
- 3 ounces deli-style corned beef
- 2 tablespoons Paleo-friendly Thousand Island dressing
- ¼ cup shredded nut-based mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup PaleoGarden Kraut
- Place the collard wraps down, slightly overlapping. Top with remaining ingredients and roll up tightly, consume immediately or wrap in foil. The wrap will stay fresh for about 1 day refrigerated.
