Paleo Pho Mein

INGREDIENTS
1 pd. Steve’s grass-fed ground beef
1 head chopped cabbage
Olive oil
1 Tbs. grass-fed butter
1 pkg. konjac noodles (shirataki noodles) rinsed
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

RECIPE
Brown hamburger in frying pan. Set aside. Add a few swirls of olive oil and butter to a frying pan. Add chopped cabbage, tossing until cabbage is coated then cover with a lid and cook on medium heat, tossing occasionally until cabbage starts to brown (approximately 20 minutes), then add spices, browned hamburger and noodles to the pan, stirring to mix completely. Cook on low for approximately 5 more minutes until the noodles are heated.
