1 pound Steve’s grass-fed beef or bison
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 cooked butternut squash or sweet potato
1/2 diced mushrooms
1/2 cup almond flour
1 egg
1/2 cup Steve’s PaleoGoods Ketchup
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
2 tbs olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350°
Add oil to frying pan and sautép onions, butternut squash and mushrooms
In a large bowl, mix bison, onion, butternut squash, almond flour, egg, ketchup, salt, and garlic pepper together.
Add to loaf pan
Drizzle top with ketchup
Bake for 45 minutes and remove from oven. Drain off all grease.

**** serves 3. Can double recipe to serve more.
