A few years ago I ordered a guacamole at a fancy Mexcian restaurant on vacation that was packed with olives and I was floored with how good it was! It’s tangy, briny, and all around perfect. Try it with PaleoCracklings – you won’t regret it!
Prep: 10 minutes
- 3 avocados
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup mixed green and black olives, chopped
- 2 serrano peppers, diced
- ¼ cup lime juice

- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mash together to form a chunky guacamole. Serve with PaleoCracklings.
