Maple Mustard Veggie Bowl


2 cups Brussels sprout slaw (place sprouts in food processor to cut into slaw-like pieces)

1/4 cup Salad Fixins

2 tablespoons Maple Mustard

2 sweet potatoes, cubed

1 tablespoon avocado oil

Fresh greens

Meat of choice


1.) In a large skillet, add a little avocado oil then shaved Brussels sprouts and maple mustard and cook for just a couple of minutes. Remove from heat and fold in salad fixin’s.

2.) Add a little more avocado oil and cubed sweet potatoes. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes over medium heat or until softened.

3.) Remove from heat and assemble your bowl with some Brussels sprouts slaw, sweet potatoes, greens and meat.
