Instant Pot Roasted Red Pepper Soup

This Instant Pot Roasted Red Pepper Soup has only 5 ingredients and is free of FODMAPS!* You’ll need:

  1. Roasted Red Peppers
  2. Crushed Tomatoes
  3. Italian Spices
  4. Olive Oil
  5. Broth

Roasted Red Pepper Soup

Prep: 5 minutes   |   Cook: 10 minutes   | Total Time: 15 minutes   | Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) jar roasted red peppers packed in water
  • 1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups broth

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot and set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes. Once done, puree using an immersion blender or regular blender and serve.

*FODMAPS = Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides and Polyols.
