- Crushed Tomatoes
- Italian Spices

Roasted Red Pepper Soup
Prep: 5 minutes | Cook: 10 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 4
- 1 (16 oz) jar roasted red peppers packed in water
- 1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups broth
- Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot and set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes. Once done, puree using an immersion blender or regular blender and serve.
