Homemade Coconut Yogurt

Ingredients:

1 14-ounce can of full-fat coconut milk

2 probiotic capsules

 

Recipe:

Shake the coconut can well and pour into a large bowl or mason jar.

Take a whisk or spoon and mix the coconut milk to make sure it is smooth.

Empty the probiotic capsules into the jar and mix with a wooden spoon.

Cover the mixture with cheesecloth or a thin towel and secure with a rubber band.

Let the yogurt sit for at least 24 hours on the counter.

Store in fridge for up to 7 days.
