1 cup dark chocolate chips
2 teaspoons coconut oil
⅓ cup Steve’s Salad Fixins
Line a mini muffin tray with liners (to prevent sticking).
In a microwaveable bowl, melt half the chocolate chips and half coconut oil together (we microwaved in 30 second increments, stirring in between).
Add about 1 teaspoon to each cup just to give it a little bottom layer, then pop in freeze to settle.
Once bottom layer is hardened, evenly sprinkle trail mix on top.
Melt remaining chocolate and top it off, then place in freezer until settled!
