Dark Chocolate-Cranberry Cups


10 ounces dark chocolate chips

1 ounce coconut oil

1 bag Steve’s PaleoGoods dried cranberries

Silicone molds of desired shapes



Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil on low on the stove, stirring constantly.

You can boost the heat process by melting the chocolate in the microwave 20 seconds at a time if you prefer, then add to pan on stove.

Pour the warmed and thinned mixture into your preferred shaped silicone molds, leaving space to add cranberries without overflow.

Add desired amount of cranberries to each mold.

Place into the back of your refrigerator for about 1-1/2 hours.

Pop them out and enjoy!

You may take the extra cups and wrap them in wax paper, storing them in a glass jar or Pyrex dish, for future enjoyment.
