Carrot and Beef Spaghetti


2 cups spiraled carrots

16 oz. grass-fed ground beef

1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/4 cup asparagus (cut in 1-inch pieces)

1/4 cup diced red pepper

1/4 cup Brussel sprouts, sliced thin

1/2 cup spinach

Olive oil



Garlic powder


Brown hamburger, drain and set aside. In a medium frying pan, add a few swirls of olive oil and all vegetables (except spinach).  Cook until vegetables start to brown, then add spinach and cook until spinach wilts. Add browned hamburger and toss to mix. Season as desired.  Enjoy!
