1 head chopped cabbage
1/2 cup cubed sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
4 no-sugar link sausages (sliced)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Add a few swirls of olive oil to frying pan, add cabbage, sweet potato, mushrooms, and garlic powder and toss until all vegetables are coated with olive oil. Cover and cook on medium heat, tossing occasionally until cabbage starts to brown. Remove lid and add sausage and cook until sausage are heated thoroughly (approximately 10 minutes). Add salt and pepper before serving.
