4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 pkg Cappello’s grain-free fettuccine or gnocchi noodles
2 carrots, diced
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
(2) 32 oz. chicken bone broth
Poultry herbs finely chopped (sage, rosemary and thyme)
Add a swirl of olive oil to pot and add onion and celery. Cook on medium until starting to brown, then add chicken, salt, garlic pepper and herbs. Cook until done. Add broth and deglaze the pot. Bring to a boil and add noodles for 90 seconds (the noodles cook quickly). Garnish with more fresh herbs. Enjoy!
