Sweet Potato Protein Breakfast Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

1 medium sweet potato, baked

1/3 cup PaleoKrunch grain-less granola

1-2 scoops protein powder or collagen peptides

Topping ideas: coconut flakes, nut butter

 

RECIPE:

Scoop the inside of the sweet potato out and add to a bowl.

While still warm, mix the protein powder or collagen peptides if using.

Add desired toppings and enjoy!
