Nonstick cooking spray
1 bag Steve’s PaleoGoods PaleoKrunch of choice
½ c. Steve’s PaleoGoods Dark Chocolate Hazelnut PaleoNutButter
½ c. olive oil
2 tbsp. water
2 large eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
2 tbsp. honey (optional)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray 13x 9-inch metal baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line pan with foil, leaving 2-inch overhang; spray foil. In mixing bowl, whisk nut butter, olive oil, water, eggs, ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon salt and honey until well blended. Fold in PaleoKrunch and transfer to prepared pan.
Bake 28 to 30 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan on wire rack. Using foil, transfer to cutting board and cut into bars.
