ZUCCHINI SKEWERS

INGREDIENTS
Small zucchini
Olive oil
Almond flour
Italian herb seasoning
Avocado mayo
Steve’s PaleoGoods Wing Sauce
Buffalo dip seasoning
Hot sauce (optional)

RECIPE
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash zucchini, cut off ends. Place the zucchini on skewers, then take a knife and spiral. Repeat until you have skewered and spiraled all the zucchini. Lay skewers on baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Use a brush to throughly cover zucchini. In a small bowl, mix almond flour and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle zucchini with flour mixture. Bake skewers for 15 minutes, then flip skewers and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
DIP
Mix equal parts of avocado mayo and Steve’s PaleoGoods wing sauce. Add tablespoon of buffalo dip seasoning. For an extra kick, mix with hot sauce.
