Most people either undertrain or overtrain when it comes to working out. I’ve found 4 days a week to be my sweet spot. Anything less than 4 days and my performance starts to drop off. Anything more and I lose my edge.
Rest days are just as important as work days. Your body needs a chance to repair and recover from all the hard work. A few days off per week will also help you to stay injury free and motivated for your next working session.
Working out shouldn’t feel like a job. It’s a great stress reliever that’s meant to be ENJOYED!
