Summer Salmon Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper or grease a cast iron skillet
  2. Add the salmon fillet and turn oven to broil (you may need high or low depending on how intense your oven is)
  3. Broil salmon for about 8 minutes or until cooked to your liking
  4. Toss spinach, fruit and Salad Fixin’s in a large bowl with dressing. Add salmon and enjoy!
