5 oz. (1 bag) 50/50 salad mix
4 slices of prosciutto, rolled
2 peaches, halved
2 tablespoons almond milk cheese
1/4 macadamia nuts, chopped
Add a few swirls of olive oil to frying pan, heat to medium-high. Brown peaches. (Approximately 3 to 4 minutes.) Remove from heat and set aside.
Assemble salad, then add peaches, rolled prosciutto, almond milk cheese, chopped macadamia nuts. Salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar before serving.
