Paleo Spicy Chili Soup

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground meat of choice
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 1/2 cups onion, diced
  • 1 large sweet potato, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup Steve’s Wing Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 15-ounce can tomato puree or tomato sauce
  • 1 15-ounce can diced tomatoes

Recipe:

  • In your seasoned skillet or large pot, add oil, garlic and meat, cook until brown.
  • Add onion, sweet potato, carrots and seasonings to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add tomato puree, wing sauce and tomatoes into the pot and stir well.
  • Bring everything to a boil, stirring frequently, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Serve while warm!
